You are authorizing us to auto deduct or draft your Audit/Analysis Fee as well as your monthly payments. The Audit/ Analysis fee is charged 5-6 days** after enrolling in our program. After we have conducted a detailed analysis of your credit reports, determined the best course of action to achieve the desired results, set up your database access prepared the first round of bureau disputes and answered all your credit related questions. The monthly deductions will be scheduled on the anniversary of this agreement. (ie. the third of each month) Your payments will continue until such time as you cancel your agreement per the terms and conditions outlined with Fowler and Fowler
**We will authorize your account at the time of enrollment to determine the accuracy of the information provided and the availability of Audit / Analysis Fee. We immediately void this authorization so your account may show no activity. Regardless of our void, some banks opt to temporarily hold your funds, so please budget accordingly.

In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive services shall be referred to as "the client(s)", and the party who will be providing services shall be referred to as "Fowler and Fowler, we or us".
